    1. Agreement

    By creating an account or placing an order on www.islandchem.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Island Chem Solutions, Bridgetown, Barbados.

    2. Accounts

    • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • One account per individual or business entity. Duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    3. Ordering Process

    Orders placed through the site are requests to purchase. We will confirm availability and pricing before processing. An order is not binding until we confirm it via email or the order status updates to "confirmed" in your account dashboard.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    • All prices are listed in Barbados Dollars (BBD) unless otherwise stated.
    • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
    • Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
    • VAT (Value Added Tax) is not charged on online orders. Where VAT applies to a manual invoice, it is itemised separately on that invoice.
    • Delivery charges are confirmed on your invoice. Orders totaling $300 BBD or more qualify for free delivery within Barbados.

    5. Chemical Product Safety and Liability

    Our products are professional-grade cleaning chemicals. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • You will read and follow all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) provided for each product.
    • You will use products only for their intended purpose and at recommended dilution ratios.
    • You are responsible for ensuring proper storage, handling, and disposal of all chemicals.
    • Island Chem Solutions is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow SDS/TDS guidelines.
    • You will provide appropriate training to any staff who handle our products.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site — including product descriptions, images, training materials, and branding — is the property of Island Chem Solutions or Chem Clean Limited. The UltiMate and UltiMate Pro brand names and associated designs are proprietary marks. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Island Chem Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
