Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area

We deliver across all 11 parishes of Barbados: Christ Church, St. Andrew, St. George, St. James, St. John, St. Joseph, St. Lucy, St. Michael, St. Peter, St. Philip, and St. Thomas.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, during business hours.
• No deliveries on public holidays.
• When placing your order, you can select a preferred delivery day. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, but delivery days are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days of confirmation, depending on product availability and your location. You will receive email updates as your order progresses.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

When receiving chemical products, please:

• Inspect all containers for leaks, damage, or broken seals before signing for delivery
• Report any damage immediately to the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos
• Store products according to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) instructions — typically in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight
• Keep chemicals out of reach of children and untrained personnel

6. Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive a delivery, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse and a re-delivery charge may apply.
