Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 7 business days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
2. Chemical Safety Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used chemical containers cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This includes any container where the seal has been broken, the cap has been removed, or the product has been diluted or mixed.
We can only accept returns of:
- Unopened, sealed containers in their original packaging
- Products that were delivered in error (wrong item)
- Products that arrived damaged (see Section 3)
3. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damage, including the packaging and affected products
- Email photos and your order reference number to info@islandchem.com
We will arrange a replacement or full refund for confirmed damaged items at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to the return conditions above. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@islandchem.com or +1 246 837 6324.
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Alternatively, you may opt for store credit of equal value, which can be applied to future orders.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used chemical containers
- Custom-mixed or special-order products
- Delivery charges (unless the return is due to our error)
